I was very impressed with Luke and Level Up. Having been far to idle during lockdown I needed to get back into shape. I picked Luke as his gym is local with very reasonable rates. Luke is very encouraging and supportive and drives you to achieve your best at each session. He provides a complete service including nutrition and mobility exercise and advice. I have no hesitation in recommending him and Level Up.

The coaching so far has been amazing and supportive. Feel so welcomed and comfortable since day one during my PT sessions. Within myself I feel a lot more happier since going to my PT session. My form and stability has improved massively, can’t wait to reach my end goal

I’ve found your training really motivating and has helped me push myself to my full potential whilst working out, even though I might not want to. You’re very clear and helpful when explaining the exercises I need to do, with a full demonstration, which is also useful as I can see the correct form and exactly how I should be doing the exercise. I have had a few massages from Darryl now for my shoulder and back, he has helped out massively with my previous injury. Darryl is very professional and knows his stuff when it comes to the body, the massage pressure wise was perfect, a little bit painful now and then but I knew it would be to help release the knots.
